Privacy Policy

Asera — last updated 26 September 2026

Asera is a private productivity assistant. It connects to accounts you explicitly authorize so it can act on your behalf — read your mail, manage your calendar, and work with your files. This page explains exactly what that access is used for.

Who operates Asera

Asera is operated by BennaHub. It is used by the account owner and people the owner invites. It is not an advertising product and it does not sell access to your data.

What we access

How we use it

What we never do: we do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, we do not use your Google Workspace content to train generalized AI models, and we do not transfer it to third parties except the processors listed below or where the law requires it.

Google API Services — Limited Use

Asera's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the app's experience, and it is never used for advertising.

Processors we rely on

Storage and security

Data is stored on private servers under the operator's control. Access tokens are held encrypted and are never shown in conversation or in logs. Access is restricted to the account owner and the operator. Transport is encrypted with TLS.

Retention

Conversation history and cached account content are kept while your connection is active, so the assistant stays useful across sessions. When you disconnect an account, its tokens are revoked and the cached content derived from it is deleted. You may request deletion of everything at any time.

Your controls

Children

Asera is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top is updated and active users are notified.
