Terms of Service
Asera is a private assistant operated by BennaHub for the account owner and invited users. By connecting an account you agree to these terms.
1. Access
Asera is provided to authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account.
2. Authorized use
You grant Asera access to specific accounts so it can perform tasks you request. You may revoke that access at any time; revocation stops all future access immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Asera for unlawful activity or to access accounts you do not own or control.
- Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not attempt to bypass the service's security or usage limits.
4. AI output
Asera uses AI models to draft text and take actions. Output can be wrong. Review anything consequential — particularly outbound messages, financial figures, and commitments — before you rely on it. Asera is a tool, not professional advice.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features may change or be withdrawn.
6. Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BennaHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended if these terms are breached. You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
